                <p>Welcome to oFatoura, a SaaS platform that enables restaurants to offer digital menu viewing, ordering, payments, and advertising solutions to their customers. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by the following terms:</p>

                <h2 class="mt-6 font-semibold">Service Description</h2>
                <p>oFatoura provides a subscription-based software service allowing restaurants to display menus, accept customer orders, process payments, and manage advertisements via QR codes.</p>

                <h2 class="mt-6 font-semibold">Account Registration</h2>
                <p>Restaurants must register for an account to access the service. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials.</p>

                <h2 class="mt-6 font-semibold">Subscription and Billing</h2>

                <p>Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.</p>
                <p>NFC product customization and installation may incur additional one-time fees.</p>

                <p>A one-month free trial is offered to new clients. At the end of the trial, you will be charged based on your selected subscription.</p>

                <h2 class="mt-6 font-semibold">Use of the Platform</h2>
                <p>You may use oFatoura only in accordance with these terms and applicable laws. Misuse or unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination.</p>

                <h2 class="mt-6 font-semibold">Termination</h2>
                <p>Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds are provided for any fees already paid.</p>

                <h2 class="mt-6 font-semibold">Liability Disclaimer</h2>
                <p>oFatoura acts only as a technology provider. We are not liable for food quality, delivery, pricing, or disputes between restaurants and customers.</p>

                <h2 class="mt-6 font-semibold">Changes to the Service</h2>
                <p>We reserve the right to update the platform and these terms at any time. You will be notified of major changes.</p>
