Once a subscription is activated, charges apply monthly or annually based on your selection.
Partial Months: Refunds are not issued for partial months
Annual Subscriptions: Non-refundable after 7 days of activation
One-time Fees: NFC customization and installation fees are non-refundable
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days to review your request.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Important: No refunds are provided for any fees already paid, including partial months or unused annual subscriptions.
In cases of technical issues or service unavailability on our end, we may offer prorated refunds or service credits at our discretion. Each case is evaluated individually.
